There are two levels of service available to landlords and these reflect the amount of involvement the landlord wishes to have in management of the property.

The most popular service is "Full Management". This is for landlords who do not want any involvement in the day to day running of the property. The other service on offer is "Fee Only". This is for the landlord who wishes to manage the tenancy themselves but needs assistance in locating a tenant. The main points of these options are displayed below. • Accompanied viewings and tenant find.
• Referencing of tenant. (Bank and employment)
• Preparation of Tenancy Agreement.
• Detailed Inventory of property.
• Finalising of utility accounts and transfer to tenants name.
• Arranging of day to day repairs.
• Guaranteed inspections of the property.
• Rental collection and transfer to clients account.
• Monthly statements of income and expenditure.
• Checking of inventory on tenants departure.
• Return of tenants deposit.
